How we protect health information for clients in the United States.

1. Our approach
For clients in the United States, we design our safeguards around the principles of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA): limiting who can see health information, protecting it technically, and giving you control over it.
2. Safeguards
- Encryption in transit and at rest.
- Role-based access, so each person sees only what they need.
- Private, time-limited session rooms.
- Contracts with service providers that require them to protect data.
3. Your rights
- See and get a copy of your health records.
- Ask us to correct them.
- Ask who your information has been shared with.
- Ask us to limit certain uses or sharing.
