How can we help today?
Every student arrives with something different—stress, loneliness, uncertainty, relationship struggles or questions about the future. OpenAccess gives them a private place to begin, and helps them find the right next step.
Human-delivered care
Counseling and therapy are always provided by qualified professionals.
Navigation, not diagnosis
Technology helps students find the right door — people take it from there.
Patterns, never people
Institutions see anonymized trends. Individual care stays confidential.
For students
No marketplace to scroll, no forms to decode. Students say what is on their mind and OpenAccess helps them take the next right step — in their language, on their schedule.
For institutions
Scheduled video, voice and in-person sessions with verified professionals — funded by the institution, free to students.
Students who are unsure what they need are guided to the right level of support before things escalate.
Validated, private self-assessments (PHQ-9, GAD-7, AUDIT-C and more) through OpenAccess Navigator.
Ready-to-run programs on exams, first-year transition, belonging, sleep, substance use and suicide prevention.
Counselors, psychologists and psychiatrists across Indian languages, credential-checked by OpenAccess.
Clear routes from counseling to psychiatry, plus urgent-help pathways connected to your campus contacts.
Campus Health Pulse: population-level patterns to plan support — never individual student data.
How it works
They start from "How can we help today?" — a concern, a private check-in, or simply wanting to talk.
OpenAccess Navigator offers the right short assessment, explained in plain language. Private to the student.
Transparent rules suggest self-help, a counselor, a psychologist or a psychiatric referral — or urgent support.
Students choose a professional who speaks their language and book a confidential session.
Next steps range from self-help resources, to a counselor, a psychologist, or a psychiatric or medical referral. Urgent situations are routed straight to emergency and campus contacts.
Privacy by architecture
Student care records and institutional insights live in separate layers. The institution dashboard reads only de-identified, aggregated data — so no administrator can look up whether a particular student has sought help.

No. Institution dashboards show only aggregated, anonymized figures. Any figure based on fewer than five students is withheld. Counseling notes, assessments and messages are visible only to the student and their care team.
Not yet, and we will not claim it until we can staff it properly. OpenAccess counseling is by appointment. Every student has one-tap access to urgent help — Tele-MANAS (14416), emergency services (112) and your campus emergency contacts.
Only in helping students find the right path. Assessments are validated clinical instruments, next-step suggestions follow transparent rules, and all counseling and therapy is delivered by qualified people.
With their official college email. Only addresses on your approved domains can register, and your institution gets its own OpenAccess space with its own programs and emergency information.
Matching starts with language. Our network covers English, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil and more, and we build the provider pool around your students.
See the student experience, the institution dashboard and how a 90-day pilot would work for your campus. We usually respond within two working days.
