• Colleges using OpenAccess Campus see only anonymous, aggregated figures, and figures based on fewer than five students are hidden.
• We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) everywhere.
• Data encrypted at rest in our database and document storage.
• A private, time-limited room for every video or voice session.
• Access limited by role: clients, Providers, institution admins and staff each see only what they need.
• Sign-in codes are single-use and rate-limited.

If a security incident affects your data, we will act quickly to contain it and notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
