Cookie Policy
The small files and browser storage OpenAccess uses, and how to control them.
Effective 29 September 2026
1. The short version
We use only what is needed to run OpenAccess: keeping you signed in, showing the right region, and saving your progress. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
2. Strictly necessary (always on)
- Sign-in session: keeps you securely signed in.
- Region: shows the right prices, Providers and policies for where you are.
- Campus return link: brings students back to their college space after a Navigator check-in (expires after 2 hours).
- Layout preference: remembers whether the dashboard sidebar is open.
- Browser storage: saves an assessment in progress and booking choices so you don’t lose them.
3. Analytics and marketing (off unless you choose)
We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. If we ever add them, they will stay off unless you turn them on in Cookie Preferences.
4. Your choices
You can change your choices at any time. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings, though you will then need to sign in again.
