We share your information only with your consent, except where the law requires otherwise or to protect someone’s life. You can withdraw consent at any time.

• If you take a check-in on OpenAccess Navigator, your results come to OpenAccess only if you tick the consent box.
• The results travel in a signed, single-use link that expires in 15 minutes.
• Once here, they are shared with the Provider you choose so you do not repeat yourself.

Your assessment results, messages and documents are shared with your Provider so they can care for you. If you change Providers, your new Provider can see your history unless you ask us not to share it.

Your college never receives anything that identifies you. It sees only anonymous totals, and small groups are hidden so no one can be singled out.
